- 1/4 large Red Onion ((diced))
- 2 cloves Garlic ((minced))
- 1 Jalapeno ((minced))
- 2 cans Mexican Stewed Tomatoes ((15oz ea))
- 1 can Diced Green Chile ((4oz))
- 2 Tbs Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Chipotle Chile powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
- Small handful chopped Cilantro
- Drain chiles and tomatoes well.
- Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse to desired consistency
- Chill immediately
