We made the Kentucky Fried Cauliflower! It was wonderful. So ingenious. I was leery of using frozen cauliflower, thinking the florets would be too small and it would be mushy, but it was perfect, as was the gravy. Only thing we may do differently next time is using finer panko crumbs to coat it better (although it really did coat it pretty well). Served with mashed potatoes and healthy coleslaw (cashews and almond milk base). I never thought I’d have a meal like this ever again! Thanks so much, Chuck.
