  • 1 can Chickpeas - save the liquid (15oz)
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbs Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbs Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbs Nutritional Yeast optional
  • 1 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1-4 Tbs Reserved Bean Juice (as needed)
  1. Drain the chickpeas reserving the juice
  2. Add chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tomato paste, and all the spices to a food processor or blender

  3. Process until smooth and creamy
  4. Add a tablespoon of the reserved bean juice at a time to reach the desired consistency
