Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
  • 3 Tbs Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbs Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs Molasses
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups Brown Rice
  • 1 rib Celery (diced)
  • 1 sm Carrot (diced)
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 4 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 4 oz Crimini Mushrooms (diced)
  • 4 leaves Nappa Cabbage (diced)
  • 3/4 cup Peas (frozen)
Instructions
  1. Add the broth, soy sauce, vinegar, and molasses to the rice cooker.
  2. Add enough water to bring liquid level to the "2" mark.
  3. Add the rice, garlic, and remaining vegetables except the peas
  4. Press start and set a timer for 25 minutes
  5. After 25 minutes add the peas and stir
