A thick and chunky salsa that is naturally fat-free, preservative free, and 100% vegan that takes 10 minutes or less to make. Super fresh and super easy.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 large Red Onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Jalapeno (minced)
  • 2 cans Mexican Stewed Tomatoes (15oz ea)
  • 1 can Diced Green Chile (4oz)
  • 2 Tbs Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Chipotle Chile powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
  • Small handful chopped Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Drain chiles and tomatoes well.
  2. Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse to desired consistency
  3. Chill immediately
