These Healthy Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins are guilt-free treats. Made from oat flour, applesauce, and blueberries - these muffins are fat free, 100% vegan, and super yummy.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 2 Tbs Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Blueberries
Instructions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in another smaller bowl
  3. Combine the wet and the dry and mix until combined
  4. Fold in blueberries
  5. Use muffin paper cups to avoid using any spray or oil
  6. Use a tablespoon to drop level spoonfuls into a muffin pan
  7. Fill each cup at least 3/4 full.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min
