It's the middle of summer, too hot to cook, and you're hungry for something fresh and good. What do you make? This Super Easy Salsa Roja!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/3 white onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 2 tsp. chipotle peppers (opt.)
  • Small handful cilantro
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 3/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Rouch chop the vegetables and add everything to a blender
  2. Pulse your salsa to your preferred consistency
  3. Season to taste
