These BBQ Soy Curls make the perfect Rich and Juicy BBQ Sandwich. You'll swear you're sitting in a Texas Roadhouse! (Pass the napkins).
Ingredients

- 1 pck Butler Soy Curls
- 2 cans Tomato Sauce ((8 oz ea))
- ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ⅓ cup Date Syrup
- ¼ cup Tomato Paste
- ¼ cup Molasses
- 2 Tbs Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Add Soy Curls to bowl and cover with hot water
- Let curls redydrate for at least 10 minutes
- Add remaining ingredients to large saucepan.
- Simmer until slightly thickened
- Drain curls and add to sauce
- Stir to combine
- Simmer 5 minutes and serve
