Description

These BBQ Soy Curls make the perfect Rich and Juicy BBQ Sandwich. You'll swear you're sitting in a Texas Roadhouse! (Pass the napkins).


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pck Butler Soy Curls
  • 2 cans Tomato Sauce ((8 oz ea))
  • ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ⅓ cup Date Syrup
  • ¼ cup Tomato Paste
  • ¼ cup Molasses
  • 2 Tbs Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbs Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Add Soy Curls to bowl and cover with hot water
  2. Let curls redydrate for at least 10 minutes
  3. Add remaining ingredients to large saucepan.
  4. Simmer until slightly thickened
  5. Drain curls and add to sauce
  6. Stir to combine
  7. Simmer 5 minutes and serve
