What would the big game be without some kind of finger food to munch on? These Vegan Parmesan Cauliflower Wings are sure to be a party pleaser.
Ingredients

- 1 small cauliflower (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (see note)
- 1/4 cup vegan parmesan
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- (note: I used Kroger Gluten-Free Italian Style Bread Crumbs)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° F
- Remove leaves and stem from cauliflower and break the florets into small pieces
- Whisk the almond milk and lemon juice together and toss with cauliflower to coat
- Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt together and toss with the cauliflower to coat
- Spread pieces out onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes
- Carefully flip pieces over and bake an additional 10 minutes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce if desired
