I’m Chuck, and I share my personal experiences, recipes, and what I’m learning about plant-based living and getting older. I’m not a doctor, registered dietitian, or nutritionist.
The information on Brand New Vegan is for general education. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and is not a substitute for personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Recipes and nutrition information
Cooking results vary with ingredients, substitutions, equipment, and preparation methods. Any nutrition information provided is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Please check ingredient labels and make choices appropriate for your allergies, dietary needs, and medical conditions. A recipe described as plant-based or vegan is not necessarily free of allergens.
Using and sharing our content
You’re welcome to cook our recipes, print them for personal use, and share links to our pages.
Our original writing, photographs, videos, and other protected content belong to Brand New Vegan, LLC or their respective owners. Unless permitted by law, please obtain written permission before republishing our photographs, copying substantial portions of our writing, or using our protected content commercially.

Cookbook and merchandise orders
Our shop uses Fourthwall to process purchases. Chuck personally packs and ships cookbook orders. Other merchandise supplied and fulfilled by Fourthwall is shipped by Fourthwall or its fulfillment partners.
Cookbook shipping
In-stock cookbooks usually ship within seven days of ordering. This is the time before shipment, not a guaranteed delivery date.
When cookbooks are available for preorder, the product page will identify them as preorders and provide the estimated shipping timeframe. Preordered books are shipped after we receive inventory from the printer.
If shipment is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, we will provide an update and the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.
We accept international cookbook orders where shipping services and applicable rules allow. Customers pay the shipping charges shown or agreed to before purchase. International delivery times may vary because of customs processing and local delivery services. Any applicable import charges will be handled according to the checkout disclosures and local requirements.
Order questions and problems
For questions about a cookbook order, including a damaged, incorrect, or missing shipment, please use our contact form and include your order number.
For merchandise fulfilled by Fourthwall, use the support information provided with your order.
Purchases are also subject to the applicable Fourthwall terms and policies presented through the shop. Nothing on this page limits any cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
