If you or someone you know is having a hard time transitioning to a meat-free diet, this is the section for them. I've recreated all my favorites from my Holiday Meatloaf to Mom's Hamburger Helper. Be sure and try my Tacos and my Carrot Dogs - they're pretty famous.
